Epiphone Casino Archtop Electric Guitar, Natural Reviews
4 of 4 people found the following review helpful ![]() This review is from: Epiphone Casino Archtop Electric Guitar, Natural (Electronics) This is an amazing guitar. With 10's it melts like butter in your hands. It resonates beautifully and is perfect for Jazz, Blues, Rockabilly, Beatles, whatever you like. The neck is ALMOST like an SG. You can almost shred with it but you're likely to get feedback because it's such a resonate hollow body. Mine is a Korean 2003 and I've played it so much I've worn out some of the frets. You might want to replace the pots and switch but the p90's sing. I've never played the Made in China or Made anywhere else ones. I assume the Made in America/England would be better and the China might be of lesser quality. Or maybe it varies from guitar to guitar. All I know is I usually hate Epiphones with a passion but I love my Casino. 2 of 3 people found the following review helpful ![]() By Ken (ca, USA) - See all my reviews This review is from: Epiphone Casino Archtop Electric Guitar, Natural (Electronics) Fair price, sounds great, and a beauty, Now I know why John Lennon Love it.If you love Beatles and John Lennon, you will know why Casino guitar is so popular. I love it. 0 of 1 people found the following review helpful ![]() By This review is from: Epiphone Casino Archtop Electric Guitar, Natural (Electronics) I understand that this is not the American made version of the Casino and I don't care. This is a great guitar period. It is light, sounds wonderful, looks beautiful and is easy to play too. The Beatle history makes it even more special. Paul McCartney said that if he could only have one guitar this would be it. John Lennon played them too at a time when he could play anything. The large hollow maple body is so light and it gives you kind of a feeling of the best of both worlds with an acoustic pureness with electric power. I love this guitar. |
